How to cleanse the body with proper nutrition?

Diets are cleansing purposes, serve to lose the pounds and eliminate the accumulated toxins in the body. It is complete with a healthy lifestyle, physical activity at least 2-3 times a week and also drinking plenty of fluids, for the reintegration of minerals.

For breakfast eat a yogurt skimmed accompanied with a fruit (apple, kiwi, banana or other fruit). At mid-morning, as soon as you feel a little empty stomach, proceed quietly consuming another fruit of your choice (preferably banana, so you have time to digest it before lunch).

Never sit too long without eating, the stomach must always be committed to digest, but without weighing it down by excessive amounts. Better a little and often that much and maybe only once a day! Bearing in mind all of this will come at lunch time not too hungry, having broken even in mid-morning. On this occasion it is recommended to consume a couple of hard-boiled eggs, accompanied with vegetables steamed or boiled.

This season vegetables simply with vinegar and oil and consuming even a little of slices of wholemeal bread strictly. By mid-afternoon, to block new empty stomach, consume yet another fruit to taste.

Finally, for dinner, eat a nice vegetable soup, swordfish accompanied by tomatoes or fresh cherry tomatoes and some more wholemeal bread. Remember to drink plenty of water or other sports drinks to replenish the minerals in the body.
